Strawberry Extra Jam with Liqueur Wine and Chilli - meia.dúzia®
This jam produced using strawberries of the Santo André variety, produced on our farm, with a very intense aroma, flavored with Port wine, from the Douro Valley region (Portugal) which is aged in wood, of great aromatic complexity, evidencing the aromas of nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, and acquiring aromas of wood, coffee, chocolate and peppery honey, with a touch of chilli pepper, makes this jam slightly spicy, surprising for the richness and intensity of flavors.
Rated by more than 200 Chefs, it was the winner of ITQI Taste Awards in 2016.
