The vineyard planted in 1986 at Calhau Rolado (sandy soil with rolled pebble), gives rise to unique high quality grapes that are harvested manually into boxes of 18Kg. Due to the outstanding quality of the grapes the intervention during alcoholic fermentation is minimum. The wine has partially aged in second year French oak barrels for 8 months.
High intensity of wild fruit's aroma, slightly minty, resin notes in harmony with the discreet and very well integrated wood.
