Quinta Alorna Touriga Nacional/Cabernet
Produced with grapes grown exclusively in Charneca soils*, from vineyards with over 35 years old, harvested separately. e maceration was done in cold for 2 days followed by the alcoholic fermentation with a controlled temperature of 23ÂșC. e varieties were aged separately for 12 months in second year American and French Oak barrels. e final batch is assembled and filtered before bottling.
Intense aroma with notes of violets and ripe currant from the Touriga Nacional, with spicy
hints from the Cabernet and complexity from the ageing in wood.
